Cognitive Refresh — The Leap from Newtonian Thinking to Quantum Mindset

As the first course in the “Organisational Development Track” of the AWE Intensive Learning Programme, “Cognitive Refresh — The Leap from Newtonian Thinking to Quantum Mindset” aims to help business leaders establish an entirely new thinking framework: Quantum Leadership.

Quantum leadership thinking is precisely the underlying logic of corporate organisational evolution. It reshapes the way we see the world, define problems, and seek answers, enabling companies and their leaders to transcend their own environment and dimensions, and achieve organisational evolution and upgrading through a quantum leap.

The course begins with the core insights of quantum physics, exploring how wave-particle duality, the uncertainty principle, and quantum entanglement redefine “reality” and “relationships.” It guides participants to develop systemic thinking, learn to identify order within chaos, and use mission and vision as intrinsic guidance, laying the cognitive foundation for corporate evolution.
