The course will focus on four core topics: lightweight strategic analysis methods suitable for SMEs, systematic assessment of core capabilities and market opportunities, phased planning of transformation steps, and clearly focused business model design. It helps enterprises effectively enhance strategic coherence and execution efficiency, while placing the concept of the well-being economy at the heart of strategic transformation.
